Selection Rules

The selection is open to five-star and luxury hotels, boutique design hotels, serviced apartments，design B&Bs and integrated resorts around the globe, and the evaluation will be comprehensively carried out by Voyage, third-party expert jury and via online voting. Among them, online voting opinions account for 40%, while opinions from senior editors, third-party expert review panels, and comprehensive evaluations account for 60%, The selection will be examined and evaluated from the aspects of the hotel ’s design culture, special facilities and services, guest experience, and corporate social responsibility.

II. Requirements

The application is free of charge, while candidate hotels should submit corresponding free hotel vouchers for the expert jury and experience officers to facilitate their evaluation.

Details are as follows:

1. For all candidate hotels/hotel groups, please provide 4 complimentary hotel stay vouchers (double breakfast for each hotel stay voucher) . The vouchers will be offered to the senior editors of the hotel industry, third-party experts, and business travelers for their experience or as a prize for loyal readers in this Award.

2. In addition to the above-mentioned vouchers, candidates who applying for Best Executive Lounge, Best Resort Hotel, Best Wellness Hotel and Best Hotel Restaurant should provide corresponding vouchers for the affiliated services as follows:

To apply for Best Resort Hotel or Best Wellness Hotel, please provide 2 vouchers (each for 2 guests) for resort facilities (eg. spa, featured dining) .To apply for Best Executive Lounge, please provide 2 vouchers for the executive room for free service at the executive lounge (making sure the guest rooms are arranged at the same floor with the executive lounge) . To apply for Best Hotel Restaurant, please provide 4 meal vouchers (each for 2 guests).

3. For all participating integrated resorts, please must two of the three choices as follows: 4 tickets for the resort, 4 coupons and 4 hotel room vouchers (double breakfast for each room voucher).

4. Room Type & Validity ： In order to enhance the experience during the stay, it is recommended to provide all vouchers with characteristic room views (such as landmark city view / sea view / river view/ lake view); Also, the validity of the vouchers should be no less than 12 months since the date of posting, and their terms and conditions (expiry date, validity, etc.) should be the same.

1. Voyage articles on social media plus content distribution on third-party platform.

(1) The official WeChat of Voyage will produce relevant WeChat articles according to the progress of the event and will post an article for all candidate hotels as a collection once.

(2) The articles mentioned above will be distributed on Voyage’s official account on Toutiao once.

2. A single article on Voyage’s RED (Xiaohongshu) account.

Please select two of the following media reports, which is not repeatable.

1. Candidate hotels publish original content to facilitate selection on their hotel's own Sina Weibo official account.

(1) The content format is 9 pictures and text, which must include the two keywords#2026Voyage酒店大奖# and #艺术无界，焕新旅居#, and @Voyage新旅行. The contents can be used to promote hotel features (or focus on the aimed awards) and must not contain any sales information, links, or QR codes.

(2) Voyage will create a topic page on Weibo’s activity section, to promote the canvassing for the hotel by collecting and forwarding the hotel information.

2. The official website of Voyage releases hotel information once.
