
2026年8月5日,北京——一场跨越京沪的味觉对话即将于北京王府井文华东方酒店紫膳餐厅上演。8月15日至16日,紫膳餐厅行政总厨梁建宇将与上海浦东文华东方酒店米其林一星餐厅雍颐庭驻店主厨吴荣柏联袂呈现“山海寻鲜”四手联弹限定菜单。
梁建宇师傅深耕粤菜创新逾十三载,曾执掌多家知名餐厅,其紫膳团队曾以粤菜及地方特色佳肴蝉联北京米其林指南入选餐厅荣誉;吴荣柏师傅作为连续十年米其林一星餐厅雍颐庭的驻店主厨,对杭帮菜与江南时令风味有着独到演绎。两位名厨将粤菜的醇厚底蕴与江南的雅致韵味巧妙相融。
本次限时菜单,两位师傅甄选云南山菌及江南风物,以“五福临门”冷盘开场,汤品选用云南松茸与水果莲子、荔枝干老鸡同炖。热菜及配酒部分亮点纷呈:云南干巴菌搭配2007年塔牌冬趣陈年绍兴黄酒;西湖醋鱼佐以德国普朗“日冕园”珍藏雷司令;金牌扣肉银杏饼配文华如意特调,更有手打鱼腐与鸡油菌、乐昌芋头的创意烩制。主食呈现云南诺邓火腿松茸酱炒小米,甜品以燕窝芋泥水八仙收尾,搭配凤凰单丛蜜兰香。整套菜单于经典中见巧思,呈现层次丰富的味觉体验。

Beijing, 5 August 2026 – A gastronomic dialogue between two of China's most celebrated culinary capitals is set to unfold at Café Zi, Mandarin Oriental Wangfujing, Beijing. On 15 and 16 August, Executive Chef Liang Jianyu of Café Zi will join forces with Chef Bob, Chef de Cuisine of the Michelin One-Star Yong Yi Ting at Mandarin Oriental Pudong, Shanghai, to present an exclusive four-hand collaborative tasting menu entitled "Mountain to Sea, A Quest for Freshness."
With over thirteen years of dedication to the art of Cantonese cuisine and its innovative evolution, Chef Liang Jianyu has helmed numerous acclaimed restaurants. Under his stewardship, the Cafe Zi team has consistently earned a place in the prestigious MICHELIN Guide Beijing, celebrated for its mastery of Cantonese classics and regional Chinese specialities. Chef Bob, who is Chef de Cuisine of Yong Yi Ting – a Michelin One-Star establishment for ten consecutive years – brings his distinctive interpretation of Hangzhou cuisine and the seasonal flavours of the Jiangnan region to the table. Together, these two culinary masters orchestrate a harmonious dialogue between the profound richness of Cantonese gastronomy and the refined elegance of the lower Yangtze.
The limited-time menu opens with a "Five Blessings" cold platter, followed by Double-Boiled Chicken Soup with Lotus Seeds, Dried Lychee and Yunnan Matsutake Mushrooms. The selection of hot courses and wine pairings is nothing short of exceptional: Yunnan Ganba Mushrooms are accompanied by a Winter Poems 2007 Mandarin Oriental Wangfujing, Beijing Limited Edition, Shaoxing, China; West Lake Fish in Traditional Sweet Vinegar Sauce is elevated alongside a 2023 ‘Wehlener Sonnenuhr’ Riesling Kabinett — Joh. Jos. Prüm, Mosel, Germany; and Signature Braised Pork Belly with Ginkgo Cake finds its perfect match in Mandarin Adonis. A creative Braised Handmade Fish Tofu, Yunnan Chanterelles, and Lechang taro adds further depth to the journey. The meal draws to a close with a Stir-Fried Millet with Yunnan Nuodeng Ham and Matsutake Sauce, before a delicate finale of Bird's Nest and Taro Purée with Eight Treasures in Sweet Soup, served in perfect counterpoint to a cup of Phoenix Dancong Oolong – Honey Orchid. Every course of this thoughtfully conceived menu strikes a masterful balance between time-honoured tradition and inventive flair, delivering an intricately layered dining experience that lingers long after the last bite.
