姬楚先生拥有21年的国际酒店从业经验，他毕业于瑞士理诺士酒店管理学院，随后在瑞士以国际化视野开启了酒店职业生涯，工作足迹遍布英国，北京，澳门，广州，宁波，深圳。他曾担任凯悦、雅高、希尔顿及万豪等多个国际酒店品牌旗下酒店的运营管理职位，具备出色的团队领导力及敏锐洞察力，在运营管理及市场拓展方面拥有着丰富的经验。屡次帮助酒店提高市场份额，增加营运收入。此次履新前，姬楚先生在北京万豪行政公寓担任总经理一职。

Recently, Marriott International appointed Mr. Simon Ji as the General Manager of Shenyang Marriott Hotel, he will be fully responsible for the overall operation and management of Shenyang Marriott Hotel, and lead the hotel into a new chapter of rapid development.

Mr. Simon Ji owns 21 years of international hotel experience. He graduated from Les Roches International School of Hotel Management in Switzerland, and then started his hotel career in Switzerland with an international perspective. His work footprints are all over the UK, Beijing, Macao, Guangzhou, Ningbo and Shenzhen. He has served as the operation management position of hotels under many international hotel brands such as Hyatt, Accor, Hilton and Marriott. He has excellent team leadership, perception and unique insights, and has rich experience in operation management and market development. He focuses on improving market share and increasing hotel revenue. Prior to his new appointment, Mr. Simon Ji was the General Manager of The Imperial Mansion Beijing Marriott Executive Apartment.
