CHRISTMAS DINNER AT NUO RESORT AT UNIVERSAL RESORT BEIJING

2021.12.05

NUO Resort Hotel at Universal Beijing Resort is celebrating its first Christmas in the capital and if you feel you have already been everywhere and tried everything in dining and leisure in Beijing, here is a chance to do something new.

As many families in the city cannot travel out of Beijing at the moment (be it due to international schools restrictions on students and faculty travel, or just not feeling like having three different COVID tests for a couple of days vacation), a staycation in a beautiful local resort will be the way to go for many Beijing residents this winter.

The team of NUO Resort Hotel knows that and they got you covered.
The hotel offers staycation options packed with fun, food, drinks and SPA treatments for families, couples or individuals.

Just 30 minute drive from the CBD, the NUO Resort Hotel at Universal Beijing Resort feels like a true getaway.
The hotel is surrounded by a large garden with a walkway along the river and quick access to City Walk with all its shops, restaurants, IMAX cinema and of course, Universal Beijing Studios Theme Park.

Christmas dinner (RMB 388 adult, RMB 198 child, RMB 188 for 2 hour free flow) includes a seafood buffet, great selection of imported charcuterie and cheese, Chinese and western cooking stations and of course the holiday’s must haves: Christmas ham, roast turkey, stuffing, cranberry sauce, red cabbage, Brussels sprouts with bacon, honey glazed carrots and roast baby potatoes.
But don’t get stuffed on turkey because dessert is where the fun really begins.

Italian Executive pastry chef Jacopo Bruni has put together a delicious display of both holiday classics like pumpkin, pecan, apple spice and almond pear pies along with the hotel’s famous blueberry cheesecake but the real highlight is a selection of Christmas themed pastries, each one a surprise.

If you didn’t have enough Christmas sweets at dinner, come back the next day for the Christmas themed afternoon tea where you can find the sweet version of some of your favorite cartoon characters.
