2025年1月6日起，北京饭店诺金将携手精致生活方式品牌上下，以位于敦煌莫高窟中的《鹿王本生图》与上下核心工艺竹丝扣瓷为创作蓝本，联袂推出“敦煌瑰宝 · 新春下午茶”。

Beijing Hotel NUO, in collaboration with exquisite lifestyle brand SHANG XIA, will launch the “Nine-Colored Deer Themed Afternoon Tea” based on the “Deer King Bunsen” from the Mogao Caves in Dunhuang and the craftsmanship of bamboo and silk button porcelain.

SHANG XIA is a brand that combines the essence of Eastern and Western culture. It was founded in 2008 by Ms. Jiang Qiong Er, a famous Chinese designer, and the creative team of France HERMES group. Adhering to the craftsmanship spirit of sophistication, fashion, and inheriting the past and present, the brand delivers the classic Chinese culture in a contemporary aesthetic way. And its core brand craft, bamboo silk button porcelain, is recognized as a national intangible cultural heritage craft.

《鹿王本生图》绘于北魏时期，是敦煌莫高窟第257号洞窟中的壁画，也是其中最美的壁画之一。这幅壁画描绘了释迦牟尼佛的前生九色鹿的故事，画面形象生动，线条流畅优美。

Located in Cave 257 of Dunhuang Mogao Grottoes, the Deer King was painted during the Northern Wei Dynasty. It is an important masterpiece of Dunhuang mural painting, as well as one of its most beautiful murals. This mural depicts the story of Shakyamuni Buddha's former life as the Nine-Colored Deer, with vivid images, smooth and beautiful lines.

北京饭店诺金餐饮团队匠心独运，将黑芝麻、花生、草莓、南瓜等冬季应时食材一一体现于本次下午茶的出品中。

Established in 1917, the pastry chef team of Beijing Hotel NUO is ingenious and reflecting the winter seasonal ingredients such as black sesame, peanuts, strawberries and pumpkin in this sweet and salty world.

套餐中包含：黑芝麻山楂蛋糕，巧克力/树莓玛德琳，花生拿破仑，糖渍草莓，椰子黑加仑修女泡芙，英式烤饼配奶油和草莓酱；烟熏三文鱼奶油芝士贝谷，火腿奶酪三明治，金枪鱼三明治，南瓜芝士奶油配法式黄油面包，季节水果，咖啡及茶。

Set includes: Black Sesame Hawthorn Mousse Cake, Chocolate/Raspberry Madeleine, Peanut Mille-Feuille, Candied Strawberries, Coconut & Blackcurrant Religieuse, English scones with Cream and Strawberry Jam, Smoked Salmon & Cream Cheese Bagel, Ham & Cheese Sandwich, Tuna Sandwich, Pumpkin & Cream Cheese with Brioche, Seasonal Fruits, Coffee and Tea.
