An excellent leader with over 17 years of international hospitality experience, Ms. Vicky Diao began her career in Front Office, then moved to Sales & Marketing in 2013, serving Marriott, Accor, and Wyndham. She consistently delivered outstanding results across brands and markets.
As Director of Marketing at Ningbo Marriott, she led the hotel to market leadership, set multiple revenue records, and achieved full-year wedding targets ahead of schedule. She also completed the Marriott DOFB Certificate, becoming a well-rounded leader with both commercial and operational expertise. As Director of Operations at The Westin Wenzhou, she bridged the gap between marketing and service delivery.
Ms. Diao believes a successful hotel needs both market performance and operational-service alignment. Her new role as General Manager of Hilton Wenzhou (Pre-opening) marks her first GM position. With her experience, innovation, and commitment to guest experience, she will build a new landmark in Wenzhou—combining market leadership with a human touch.

Hilton Wenzhou (Pre-opening) is pleased to announce the appointment of Mr. Francis Liu as Director of Operations. He will be fully responsible for the hotel’s pre-opening and operational setup, as well as the daily management of Front Office, Housekeeping, F&B, Kitchen, Engineering, and Security.
Mr. Francis Liu brings 16 years of senior operational experience in international hotel brands, having worked with Marriott and Hilton—including over a decade with Hilton. He has solid expertise in Front Office operations and general management. He led his teams to achieve outstanding guest satisfaction scores and won Hilton’s Connie Award. He also successfully drove the hotel’s 5-star rating process and secured special funding from the Tourism Administration, earning strong industry recognition for his operational excellence.
In his new role, Mr. Francis Liu will work alongside General Manager Ms. Vicky Diao, leveraging his deep professional expertise, rich pre-opening experience, and strong commitment to guest experience to empower high-quality operations and help position Hilton Wenzhou as a new benchmark for premium hospitality in the region.

王杨女士拥有超过十五年的人力资源管理经验,曾先后服务于洲际、雅高、希尔顿等国际酒店集团。在希尔顿集团任职期间,王杨女士主导了人力资源战略规划、关键岗位人才引进与梯队建设、领导力发展及企业文化建设等工作,并成功推动员工敬业度提升与组织氛围优化。

Ms. Michelle Wang has been appointed Director of Human Resources at Hilton Wenzhou (Pre-opening). She will lead HR strategy, talent acquisition and retention, C&B and performance systems, corporate culture, and employee relations during pre-opening.
With over 15 years of HR experience across IHG, Accor, and Hilton, Ms. Wang led strategic HR planning, key talent recruitment and succession planning, leadership development, and culture initiatives at Hilton, successfully driving employee engagement and organizational climate improvement.
In her new role, Ms. Wang will work alongside General Manager Ms. Vicky Diao, leveraging her HR expertise, multi-brand perspective, and team leadership to build a solid talent and management foundation for the hotel's opening and long-term success.
