The platter is adorned with fresh moss as the base, creating a spring atmosphere where all living things revive and thrive, with every detail showcasing exquisite craftsmanship. Each dessert hides a clever design, carrying a unique spring implication: the exquisitely shaped mango mousse, decorated with little bees, vividly depicts the vibrant scene of blooming flowers and bees foraging in the valley of Jiuxi in spring, brimming with vigorous vitality; the pink strawberry mousse embodies the romance of spring, with smooth pink mist mousse paired with delicate cherry blossom decorations, and hidden strawberry filling, just like the beautiful scene of pink mountain cherries blooming quietly by the lake of Jiuxi in spring, letting you savor the tender charm of spring in one bite.

Two seasonal special drinks are also launched simultaneously—Peach Cold Brew Longjing and Sea Salt Cream Cover Longjing, both based on seasonal Longjing tea and cleverly combined with seasonal flavors.
