2023年8月，北京——位于北京王府井文华东方酒店五层的文华扒房近日携手Christofle昆庭推出法式浪漫的优雅餐饮体验。北京王府井文华东方酒店行政总厨周雁平先生携团队结合应季精选食材与创意烹饪技法特别定制「悠享法式夏日心境露台菜单」，配以Christofle昆庭MOOD心境蛋系列餐具，在文华扒房无论室内或是户外皆风景宜人的就餐环境，邀您远眺整个紫禁城美景品尝创意与味道兼具的可口佳肴，感受惬意美妙的阳光时节。

游历世界资历丰富的行政总厨周雁平先生凭借着对烹饪的热情与不断钻研，在本次联名定制菜单中选用正宗法式美食的食材与烹饪技法。主厨对于法式菜品的浪漫演绎及呈现犹如一道道跃然指尖的艺术品，令人赏心悦目，食之口齿留香。来自法国的百年银器世家Christofle昆庭带来标志性的MOOD 昆庭心境蛋和 MOOD Coffee昆庭咖啡心境蛋。其中 MOOD 昆庭心境蛋包含六人份正餐餐具套装，是对“餐桌艺术”的重新诠释。在这件艺术品般的作品中，每个人都可以随时自由取用需要的餐具，从而摆脱传统用餐礼仪的束缚，悠享闲适自在。精致美味与优雅餐具这两种极具法式浪漫元素的碰撞，在文华扒房舒适惬意的户外露台，伴随着紫禁城的壮丽美景，与朋友度过闲适悠然的相聚时光。

该项体验将于2023年8月1日午餐与晚餐时段正式供应于文华扒房露台区域，在适合户外用餐的露台季，更有活力时尚的现场DJ表演，为客人带来一份难得恣意的悠然。

August 2023, Beijing - Mandarin Grill, located on the 5th floor of Mandarin Oriental Wangfujing, Beijing, has partnered with Christofle to offer an elegant dining experience with a touch of French romance.

Chef Ping, Executive Chef of Mandarin Oriental Wangfujing, Beijing, together with his talented team, has designed a "Summer MOOD Terrace Menu". The tailor-made carte combines seasonal ingredients and creative cooking techniques, with Christofle's MOOD cutlery setting, inviting diners to savour tasting dishes in the classy dining environment. Guests can choose to eat indoors, or on the expansive terrace with its extraordinary views of the iconic Forbidden City.

With this adventurous menu, much-travelled Chef Ping demonstrates his passion for the culinary arts, using authentic French food ingredients and cooking techniques. The maestro's romantic interpretation and presentation of French cuisine is like a work of art, carefully crafted with the emphasis on exquisite taste and delightful presentation.

Adding to the elevated elegance is the involvement of the French luxury silversmith which is showcasing its signature MOOD, and MOOD Coffee, at Mandarin Grill. MOOD is a reinterpretation of "the art of the table" with a six-person cutlery setting.

In this novel set-up, everyone is free to use the tableware they need at any time, freeing them from the constraints of traditional dining etiquette. This merger of fabulous food and stylish tableware is further enhanced by the amazing Mandarin Grill views towards the iconic Forbidden City, once home to Ming and Qing emperors.

The experience will be offered at lunch, and dinner, from August 1, 2023. Additionally, during the midsummer months, the expansive outdoor terrace will host life DJs performing. It is one of the most special spots in the entire city, a glorious location for wining, dining and relaxing with friends and family while savouring the magnificent view.
